  DIRECTIONS TO 2010 LAKE TAHOE LACROSSE TOURNAMENT
  INCLINE HIGH SCHOOL, INCLINE VILLAGE NEVADA 
  • Route 80 to Truckee.
  • Route 267 from Truckee to Kings Beach (approx. 15 minutes).
  • Turn Left from Rt. 267 onto Route 28.
  • Take Rt. 28 through Kings Beach & Crystal Bay to Incline Village.
  • Turn LEFT onto Village Blvd (SECOND TRAFFIC LIGHT). Travel .3 miles on Village Blvd. The high school is on your left, the fields are behind the school.
  Fields are approximately 30 minutes from Truckee.
  
  DIRECTIONS TO 2010 LAKE TAHOE LACROSSE TOURNAMENT
  THE VILLAGE GREEN, INCLINE VILLAGE NEVADA
  • Route 80 to Truckee.
  • Route 267 from Truckee to Kings Beach (approx. 15 minutes).
  • Turn Left from Rt. 267 onto Route 28.
  • Take Rt. 28 through Kings Beach & Crystal Bay to Incline Village.
  • Turn RIGHT onto Village Blvd (SECOND TRAFFIC LIGHT).
  • Turn Left onto Incline Way. Go through one stop sign. At the bottom on the hill the fields will be on your right. Park either on the side of the road on the dirt or in the Rec Center Parking lot.
  • WE’VE BEEN ASKED NOT TO PARK IN THE ASPEN GROVE PARKING AREA BETWEEN THE FIELDS AND THE LAKE. PLEASE COOPERATE. FUTURE USE OF THE FIELDS DEPENDS ON IT!!!

The 20th Annual Lake Tahoe Lacrosse Tournament will be held on July 23rd, 24th & 25th.  The men’s division is for collegiate and post-collegiate teams. For information on the women’s division, please contact Jenny Trang at jennytrang@gmail.com.

This year’s men’s division will continue with the three-day format. The games played on Friday & Saturday will have 30 minute halves, the games on Sunday will have 25 minute halves (with the exception of the semi-finals & finals which will be 30 minutes). Based on 16 teams, each team will play a total of three games on Friday & Saturday and at least one on Sunday (minimum four games total for the tournament based on 16 entrants).

The tournament will be limited to the first 16 entries with deposit received. Teams which have participated in the past years will receive first right of refusal for 2010. It is therefore strongly encouraged of the 2009 participants to remit the entry form by April 1, 2010 or risk losing your spot in the 2010 tournament.

IN ADDITION, WE ARE MAKING EVERY EFFORT TO SECURE AN ADDITIONAL FIELD TO EXPAND THE MEN’S DIVISION TO 24 TEAMS. TEAMS WISHING TO SECURE A SPOT SHOULD REMIT THE ENTRY FORM AND DEPOSIT CHECK. YOUR CHECK WILL NOT BE CASHED UNTIL I CAN GUARANTEE A SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT.

The games will again be played at the Village Green in Incline Village, NV. Crosby’s Pub & Casino located in Incline Village, NV (approximately 1 mile from the fields) will again host a “Welcome” party Friday evening. New West Distributing, BRINE and WARRIOR Lacrosse will be the official sponsors of the tournament.

The entry fee will be $775.00 per team. In order to secure your participation in the tournament, please complete the entry form (also available at norcallacrose.org) with a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 (payable to Curt Wegener) and return it to:

Hamburgers or sandwiches, soda, etc. will be sold during the tournament. . Summer is the busiest season at Lake Tahoe, therefore it is strongly recommended lodging reservations are made early.
